Program Rules to Know:

  • Rent to own containers cannot be modified by the customer, connected to utilities, or used for living space. 
  • Every rent to own container agreement requires autopay at setup. No exceptions.

  3. Once you've completed your application the MCR support team will review it. Approvals are based upon the application content and public background information. No credit check is conducted.  
  4. The MCR support team will contact you to help you choose your term & payment, and to finalize the contract. 
  5. Cochise Containers will contact you to schedule your container delivery.
